So what exactly is Coaching?


Coaching is:

a process that supports the client to achieve their goals more quickly than they could probably achieve alone.


It does this by putting the client at the centre of the process, by helping the client to:

- clarify and understand what it is he or she wants - either to do, be or have
- uncover, understand and remove any barriers and obstacles preventing success
- open up pathways and choices the client had not previously been aware of
- raise the client's awareness and promote learning
- set action plans in place to achieve success
