Tracey has a passion for supporting people and helping to develop them to be the very best they can be. This passion and drive has lead her to coaching - a process dedicated to supporting her clients to overcome barriers or limiting beliefs, get 'unstuck' and really achieve great goals more quickly than they would do alone.

With a wealth of 20 years experience in the Telecommunications industry, Tracey has worked with many different individuals and teams to achieve great results. She has experience of the challenges facing individuals and teams in the busy corporate workplace;changing 'goal posts' and priorities, juggling tasks and resources, managing important deadlines, creating work/life balance.

It is from her experience of working with individuals and teams, understanding and appreciating the great wealth of skills and talent in the workplace, that her coaching skills have evolved. One size never fits all - and that's the beauty of coaching - it's always tailored to fit the client.

Through working with clients, both corporate and personal, Tracey has developed a nurturing, supportive, 'natural' style - one which challenges, motivates and inspires her clients to achieve.
